Hello parents,

As a middle school student, your child(ren) has the opportunity to participate in multiple school sports, however participation does require a current (with in the last 2 years) sports physical.  With that being said, we are also happy to announce that again, through our partnership with Open Arms Free Clinic, you have the opportunity to sign up your child(ren) to receive a free sports physical.  Open Arms Clinic will be at East Troy High School on Thursday, July 24th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

Please note this does not count as your annual check-up, so if you have medical concerns please contact your doctor.  If a concern is raised by the Open Arms Free Clinic, resources will be available for follow up, if your child does not have a primary provider.

Signups will be on a first come first serve basis.  Please click this link to sign up for a time for your child.
